With an incredible passion for Travel and Tourism, Communications, Event Management and Hospitality, OM Destination Management was created in Cyprus in 1989. Since then, OM has gone from strength to strength, establishing a loyal clientele who recognise the company's excellence and innovation.

The Partners' personal involvement with the company's activities has been and will always be an integral part of OM's success.

Stavros, the company's founder, had the vision to introduce a new idea to the MICE industry that would cater for the needs and wants of this market in an innovative way. He applied his experience from New York's fast-paced business environment, where he started his career in destination management, and fulfilled his main goal of establishing OM in other destinations.

Myrto joined the company from those early days, with an involvement in OM's  programme development and client satisfaction. Her main ongoing mission is that of safekeeping  OM's high standards, by implementing strict administrative procedures.

The confidence which many leading agencies have shown in OM, year after year, has been the real launching pad towards a more ambitious company structure.  The Partners' convictions are based on unsurpassed attention to detail, coupled with individuality, creativity and innovation.
