Team Building

Team-building has never been more exciting with some of OM's creative ideas. From a different kind of Triathlon to boat-building, our activities have proven to be very successful in promoting teamwork.

Twisted Triathlon

The Twisted Triathlon relay is far from the usual triathlon game consisting of swimming, cycling and running. This activity will ensure nothing but fun and laughter for your group all day!

Divided into different teams, the game starts with a donkey race instead of a bicycle race followed by the running component of the game which will include running inside a large barrel ring and doing your best to keep the balance! The final hurdle of the game is the lilo race! You will have to push yourself on the lilo around the bay and the first one back to the beach is the winner!

Photo Hunt

Discover the town's sights through this challenging Photo Hunt! You will be divided into groups and equipped with a digital camera and a list of challenges you need to tackle. Some of the tasks include finding famous historical monuments and taking imaginative group photographs with the monuments expressing a series of emotions such as love, anger, fear etc.

This challenge will allow you to have fun with your teammates, get to know Croatia in more detail and meet the locals who can help you find monuments as quickly as possible! Be creative, relax, laugh and work together to create some excellent photos to take back home with you! At the end of the day, the photos will be presented to the entire group and the winning team will be announced.

Building a Boat

Given 2-3 hours to build their boat, teams tackle the technical side of the boat building, and will need creativity to give their boat a name and make a flag to represent their team. The teams are marked on creativity, design and the technical aspects of the boat, i.e. whether it will float!

Survival Day

Briefed by a member of the military, the delegates' stamina and endurance will be tested on this activity day that will include orientation and also physical challenges.

Now you can be part of an event for the Guiness Book of Records and sure to boost any company's spirit! Illustrated here is the process in creating the world's largest collage (currently 28mx10m).

The Seven Wonders of Croatia

The delegates in teams register for the workshop of their choice, to create one of the "Seven Wonders of Croatia".

The Jury panel includes professionals in each field who with years of experience and expert eyes select the final Wonders. Sample workshops include Theatre Play, Instrumental Session, Traditional Cooking, Aphrodite Making, Painting, Cocktail Creation, Basket Weaving, Candle Making, Pottery, Coin Making and calligraphy.
