Across its four offices, OM follows a strict set of procedures, enabling the organisation to deliver the same high standard of service, no matter which destination is being engaged. A central database ensures all clients are provided with the appropriate service and budget.

The Operations Department in each OM office is responsible for developing and implementing the events specific to their destination, with each office’s Partner overseeing every aspect of the management.

OM’s marketing headquarters in Cyprus, with a team of five energetic Marketeers, is ready to assist with any enquiry, customer care and information on the latest destination hot spots.
