With over 1,500 islands dotted along the Estonian Coastline, 3,000 lakes in Lithuania and Latvia's hospitable local coastline, along with several nearby islands, the Baltic States are a water-adventure with much to explore! Some of the different types of vessels that OM offers are:

Luxury motor yachts

The ultimate sailing experience, which can cater for 6 to 50 passengers per vessel.

Catamarans

With ample deck space and steady sailing, the catamaran is ideal for a leisurely day at sea. OM’s access to several catamarans, which hold up to 80 passengers each, means larger groups can enjoy this activity together.

Traditional boats

Sail the Baltic States with traditional boats or cruise in a lake on board of a steamboat.

Cruise boats

For larger groups looking for a fun, easy-going experience, this two-deck vessel is perfect, taking large groups of 150 to 180 passengers.

Sailing regattas

During a relaxing breakfast at their hotel, delegates are grouped into teams and assigned an expert Captain. The teams race against each other in sailing regattas with the Captain onboard to navigate and assist. This can be arranged for anywhere between three hours to over three days!

The race can finish in the bay with a range of dining options to top off a perfect experience. Sails can be made featuring your company’s colours or logos.

On-water and waterside experiences

OM produces outstanding events specific to the group’s requirements. Any of the activities below can be combined with a sailing experience, or with any of our other incentive ideas.

Luxury day by the bay

Cruise through smooth waters with comfort and style. Drop anchor whenever you wish for a refreshing swim, to go shopping, or to visit any of the local attractions.

Many options are available such as an onboard bar, gourmet food, or your own DJ to set the mood. For larger groups utilising multiple vessels, begin/end your cruising day with a dockside meet & greet, or get funky and have a party!

Note: Watersports such as Jet bikes, Pedalo racing, Banana competition (hold on for dear life as you are pulled along by a speedboat!), Paragliding, Water Skiing, Canoeing, Water basketball etc. are also available
